How to inspire creative chefs?

The mission of the Chocolate Ambassadors’ Club is to transfer its chocolate know-how and techniques to other craftsmen all over the world. During the International Ambassadors Seminar, we gave a trend presentation, illustrated by world-renowned chefs who made unique chocolate creations based on the trends. E.g. Patrick Aubrion used a sledge hammer to depict his own interpretation of the Raw Culture trend.
