Guardian Angels for DUS!


- How can we sensitize young people for safer traffic in a cool and fun way?
- How can we give young people returned attention to the importance of being seen in traffic?

We developed a yearly peer to peer campaign “GAR, the guardian angel that makes you shine in the dark”, focussing on the importance of being seen during the darkest months of the year. Youngsters (between 15 and 20 years old) can send each other postcards of a GAR, that protects them in traffic by placing reflecting wings on their jackets, hats, caps, backpacks, bikes, bags, scooters, … Trendwolves developed the concept, which was rolled out in 2012, resumed in 2013, and is still used today.
