BRAND ACTIVATION. Hello bank! in your bath tub


Why do people still go to bank offices for tasks they can do at home, at their desk or in their bath tub? Hello bank! built a pop-in to guide clients trough the possibilities  and convenience of its Hello bank! app. 

Apps continue to take over much of the most tedious daily tasks, from managing shared bills (Splitwise) to keeping your loyalty cards (Fidme). And though some people might enjoy running to the bank  on a regular basis, others would prefer to settle their affairs from wherever they are, whenever they want.

Hello bank! is a mobile bank, so its app (for Apple or Android) is designed for the mobile generation and their banking activities. We designed a pop-in in Vilvoorde, which consisted of an interactive wall  introducing the world of Hello bank! next to the cash dispensers of BNP Paribas Fortis and an office space where clients could talk to a member of the Hello team. 

This event is part of a broader story we're developing together with Hello bank! Other cases are the Rooftop Cinema and the Phygital labs.
