Westtoer has been working on a strategy for innovation to increase the profitability of tourism entrepreneurs on the Belgian coast. This strategy is called PROFIT (PROfessional Framework for Innovation in Tourism).
During the project, they selected several organisations to start their innovation. These organisations were guided by different coaches throughout the process. Each coach had his field of expertise.
Challenge: Westtoer asked Trendwolves to inspire their coaches. Next to that, they also wanted a video to demonstrate each innovative concept.
Approach: During several ideation workshops, Trendwolves inspired the coaches with some innovative concrete examples in the tourism sector and each field of expertise.
We also joined forces with Exstatic to create 19 videos in total. There were 18 videos of the innovative concepts and one compilation video to visualise the project.
