We will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and as required by applicable law. This may include keeping your Other Information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for Contagious to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.


7.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 5, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.
7.2 Some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). If We do store data outside the EEA, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the European Economic Area and under the GDPR.

In the course of providing Our services, We will analyse your information to build individual profiles. These profiles will be used to predict future interests and display targeted marketing. The aim is to provide you with Trendwolves offers that are relevant and interesting for you. The profiling is based on your (surfing) behaviour on the internet which includes the viewing of articles and opening/engagement with our emails. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by sending an email to: info@trendwolves.com and we will discontinue the processing of your information upon receipt of your withdrawal. However, this may result in you no longer being able to access some of Our services.


If We wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Privacy Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. 


11.1 We may, from time to time, expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of Our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Notice, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by Us.
11.2 In the event that any of your data is to be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes.


12.1 In addition to your rights under the GDPR, set out in section 3, When you submit personal data via Our Sites, you may be given options to restrict Our use of your data.
