Case: ACC Belgium


ACC Belgium, the association of Belgian companies in the communications sector, wanted to gain a better understanding of how Millennials view their jobs.

Challenge: After a masterclass regarding generational shifts in the workforce, we were asked to run a quantitative research on how Millennials, currently active as employees in creative communication agencies, perceive working in their specific sector.

Approach: We created a survey in co-creation with ACC Belgium and representatives of several creative communication agencies. This survey was submitted as an online-questionnaire which was distributed amongst all the Millennial employees of 22 participating agencies. 335 Millennials took part in the survey.

The results where summarised in a white paper in which we added recommendations to tackle the main issues that were mentioned. 

The insights in this report served to better align the sector’s HR policy with the needs of Millennials.
