IMPLEMENTATION. Book&Work in the BNP Paribas Fortis Flagship

How can a bank agency serve its community of entrepreneurs? By offering specifically designed co-working spaces for free and on demand. That's exactly what the Book&Work service in the BNP Paribas Fortis Flagship is all about.

You need a working space in the center of Ghent. A place where you can speak freely whithout others eavesdropping, a place where you can put heads together without being distracted. Enter the Book&Work service in the BNP Paribas Fortis Flagship.

"Clients of BNP Paribas Fortis or Hello bank! can book a meeting room online or in the flagship itself", our trendwolf Remi explains. "Simply fill in how much participants you're expecting, which kind of space you need (open/closed), how long you'll need one. And then wait for a confirmation by email." Once in the flagship you sign in at the Innovation Library, so the system can provide you with a tailored toolbox which is sent to the screen in your selected meeting room. With that, let your productive meeting begin. With a fresh coffee (delivered by local coffee shop Sao Paulo) from the free coffee corner, and with assistence from the agency staff in case you need any.

WHY? The concept is inspired by the co-working spaces that have been popping-up in cities all over the world, in which people get together to work on their projects, in stead of working at home or in an office. "Today's entrepreneurs are becoming ever more mobile, hopping from one town to another and from one meeting to another. They need a place to meet, though", Remi says. "And that's what BNP Paribas Fortis provides. Whithout further ado. That last notion is very important, because with this Book&Work service, the bank agency opens its doors for non-banking (but very relevant) services thus becoming more than a banking agency."

The Book&Work service is another example of the - if we might say so - rather unique Trendwolves approach. Our teams initiated the concept based on our trend insights, and guided our partners through the process of implementation.

The Book & Work service is a small (though very significant :-)) aspect of the BNP Paribas Flagship, a concept developed by Trendwolves and BNP Paribas Fortis. Read more following this link
