IMPLEMENTATION. The Innovation Library boosts productiveness

Gary books a meeting room in the BNP Paribas Flagship using the book&work app. He plans on setting up his new business in a few months, and he would like to challenge his concept with the help of two of his former colleagues. He needs a meeting space, and he might even need some advice. Enter the Innovation Library. 

“Once you enter the flagship, you’re asked to fill in some details about the goal of your meeting on a screen built in in the innovation wall”, Arnout explains. “Are you an employee, a student, a business owner, etc. Does this meeting concern starting up a business? Depending on your answers, a handful of tailored input, aimed to help you reach the goal of the meeting, is sent to a screen in your meeting room.”

There's a range of tools to choose from: the ultimate brainstorm tips, relevant sector trends, an intelligent timer, to-do lists, a sketch pad, innovation models, an elevator pitch prep, team dynamics, etc. Every tool of the library is designed to kickstart your meeting.

“The innovation library is the result of our research on how people have a meeting", Arnout explains. "Mostly, meetings are rather informal, short and to-the-point. Or that is what people would like it to be. In real life, most meetings are long and not always that efficient. Our aim is to help people achieve their goals in an efficient manner, by offering a range of hands-on tools."
