BRAND ACTIVATION. Rooftop Cinema for Hello bank!

On screen, Mia Wallis (Uma Thurman) and Vincent Vega (John Travolta) are dancing their asses off in the Jack Rabbit Slim's Diner. A few dozen people are watching the movie classic Pulp Fiction by Quinten Tarentino on the roof of the BNP Paribas Fortis Building (BNPPF) in Liège, underneath the black and starry sky, in comfortable Hello bank! chairs with matching comfy blankets. 

They're slurping at the straw of their milkshakes, the same Mia ordered in the movie, and tasting the same hamburgers she had. The whole setting is linked to the movie, from the furniture to the food and the photobooth where you could pose next to Vincent Vega and his colleague Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson).

The guests were Hello bank! clients, that had won the Facebook contest. The event was held on only two locations, once in Liège and once in Antwerp, so it was an experience only few could attend. Guests wondered about the scenic view they had over the city, about the multi-sensorial evening, and about the great fun they had had. 

And that was exactly what we had hoped for. The reason we organised this event for Hello bank! was because we wanted to give its clients a good and fun experience within the bank building. Banks tend to forget sometimes how great their buildings are, often situated in the heart of the biggest cities. The nature of these buildings forges many opportunities, such as creating memorable experiences that shape and reshape clients beliefs about banking.
